What's Included:

Introduction- When To Use Each Video

Welcome to my Flexibility and Kicks Video series! I am so excited to help you accomplish your goals, and gain a new understanding of safe and effective ways to increase your mobility and control.

This series is divided into four sections.
The Warming Up section is just that- a warm up to be used before working out, dancing, or performing. It explains all the safest ways to get your blood pumping, and your muscles stretched WITHOUT over stretching and causing that weak feeling we often get from sitting in our splits before a big performance!

The Mobility and Control Exercises section will show you all my favorite stretches and exercises to increase mobility and control in your extensions, kicks, and leaps. These use equal part stretching and strengthening to help you reach your dance technique goals. Make sure you are full warmed up before trying this video!

The Passive Stretch section shows you stretches to be done AFTER a workout, dance class, or performance. These are stretches that should be performed only on very warm muscles, at the end of your day. When performed correctly, these stretches will increase in your flexibility over time. I always say- never waste a sweat! If you've done something active and are feeling warm, pop this video on and get one step closer to your goals!

Finally, the All About Splits section will show you exactly how to get your splits all the way down to the ground, and if you're already there I'll show you how to perfect them even more.

Each video can be used separately at the appropriate time, or all together in a row for a full flexibility class.

Thank you again for participating in my Flexibility and Kick Series- Happy Stretching!
