ExpressFLEX!

Your registration includes access to TEN ExpressFLEX videos. These are pre-recorded mini classes meant to be taken anytime AFTER a workout or dance class. Take advantage of your hard work, and use the heat you've created to LENGTHEN your muscles and gain flexibility EFFICIENTLY. Choose between 20, 15 and 5 minute sessions for a convenient and easy way to add a little extra training to your day! It's like always having me in your back pocket!

I love to EMPOWER my students so that they understand the PURPOSE PLACEMENT and PRIORITY of each stretch and exercise!
