ExpressFLEX!

Your registration includes access to TWELVE ExpressFLEX videos. These are pre-recorded mini classes meant to be taken anytime AFTER a workout or dance class. Take advantage of your hard work, and use the heat you've created to LENGTHEN your muscles and gain flexibility EFFICIENTLY. Choose between 20, 15 and 5 minute sessions for a convenient and easy way to add a little extra training to your day! It's like always having me in your back pocket!

How much space do I need?

These classes and across the floor combinations have been designed for at home training in a small space. You don't need a huge dance studio to make a big leap towards your goals!

Is this series for beginners?

No. This series is for dancers who plan to audition for high school, college, or professional dance teams. You should have a general understanding of dance terminology and body awareness. However, you DO NOT need to already be flexible to join! 

Will this program help my turns?

Yep! In addition to helping you gain height in your kicks, and power in your leaps, my classes increase your overall body awareness and improve your technique- helping you perform all dance skills with precision and ease.

How long do I have access to the videos?

You have access from the minute you sign up through May 8th.

Do I need any equipment or special shoes?

Nope! But I do recommend a yoga mat if you are working on a hard floor. I wear sneakers for the duration of the workout, but any suitable dance shoe will work!
