Elly's teaching style...
"I love to EMPOWER my students so that they understand the PURPOSE PLACEMENT and PRIORITY of each stretch and exercise! When you understand why you're doing something, you're more motivated to do it, and you can bring a new understanding and energy to the movement. Join my classes and see the difference for yourself!"

Show up at the top of your game!
When you show up to an audition feeling like you're at the top of your game- you shine differently! You're able to focus on your performance, rather than how out of breath you are. You can put your energy into memorizing the choreography, not forcing your turn out or hiking your leg up higher.
There's a lot to think about on audition day-
Did I remember my audition outfit? Have I memorized the choreography? Is my hair and makeup on point?
The last thing you want to be worrying about is "Do I feel physically my best? Will I have enough stamina to get through this routine?"
So let's go ahead and make sure you do- so that when the day comes you can every CONFIDENCE in your ability to get the job done- and SHINE like I know you can!

Frequently asked questions
You’ve got questions. We’ve got answers.
How much space do I need?
These classes and across the floor combinations have been designed for at home training in a small space. You don't need a huge dance studio to make a big leap towards your goals!
Is this series for beginners?
No. This series is for dancers who plan to audition for high school, college, or professional dance teams. You should have a general understanding of dance terminology and body awareness. However, you DO NOT need to already be flexible to join!
Will this program help my turns?
Yep! In addition to helping you gain height in your kicks, and power in your leaps, my classes increase your overall body awareness and improve your technique- helping you perform all dance skills with precision and ease.
How long do I have access to the videos?
You have access for 90 days from the day you sign up! Extensions are available- email ellyshepley@gmail.com for more info
Do I need any equipment or special shoes?
Nope! But I do recommend a yoga mat if you are working on a hard floor. I wear sneakers for the duration of the workout, but any suitable dance shoe will work!
What Students Are Saying:
"Fall flexibility has taught me so much about how I should be stretching. I was stretching and sitting in my splits every day before but I wasn't seeing a lot of progress. Elly has designed this great program where strength meets flexibility meets mobility. And it really delivers! I consistently have my right split now (which was kind of an on and off thing for me)! I am so impressed and I can't wait to do Round 2!"
Sheridan Ackiss, Fall Flexibility student
"I have a dance background, but I have never been able to do a split. The Fall Flexibility series has helped me tremendously! I can finally hit that split I’ve been working towards all year. This series makes you more accountable for fitting in the stretches when YOU can on your own time. Elly’s workouts are always challenging, fun, and motivating! 10/10 would recommend!”
Ashley Varghese, Fall Flexibility student
I've been taking Elly's classes just about every week since quarantine began. She is one of the few teachers who can do it all--she inspires me to workout, makes exercising fun, communicates effectively in her classes, and chooses every exercise carefully & intelligently. Elly's approach to flexibility in particular has helped me tremendously over the past several months! I highly recommend her flexibility series to anyone ready to try something new and make some serious progress!
Derek Luscutoff, Fall Flexibility student
All of Elly’s classes and programs are amazing, but I’ve especially loved her Flexibility Series! After pulling my hamstring a couple of years ago, improving my flexibility has been my primary focus as I prepare for pro cheer auditions. The way Elly combines strength and cardio exercises with dynamic and static stretching has been a complete game changer for me. I’ve especially loved her ExpressFlex videos because they help me make sure I’m prioritizing stretching even when I feel like my time is limited. The classes push me (in the best way!) but Elly’s coaching inspires me to work harder every time. She is so encouraging and approaches all the classes and recordings with such a positive. She makes me want to prioritize making time for myself and my training.
Ashley Harmon Gregoire, NFL Cheer Alum, Fall Flexibility Student
